PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable avoidance of continuity of construction depth at a high level and a decrease in vertical bearing capacity caused by cohesive soil remaining in a substitution column, and also improve excavatability.SOLUTION: In a device for producing a hydraulic solidification material liquid substitution column, an excavation head at the lower end of an excavation rod 1 is conically protruded downward and has a discharge port 22a for a hydraulic solidification material liquid and a spiral blade 25 in the direction of pushing excavated sediment upward, in a peripheral surface. At the time of excavation, excavation is performed by the spiral blade 25 and by pushing excavated sediment upward, excellent excavatability can be secured even if excavated sediment is sandy soil, and when the excavation rod 1 is pulled up, a hydraulic solidification material liquid is discharged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
【課題】 施工深度の高止まりや粘土性の置換コラム内への残存による鉛直支持力の低下を回避可能にするとともに、掘進性の向上図る方法の提供。【解決手段】 掘削ロッド1の下端部の掘削ヘッドが、下方に向かって円錐状に突出し、周面に水硬性固化材液の吐出口22aおよび掘削土砂を上方に押し上げる方向にスパイラル翼25を有し、掘進施工時においてスパイラル翼25によって掘削を行い、掘削土砂を上方へ押し上げることで、掘削土砂が砂質土であっても良好な掘進性を確保でき、掘削ロッド1の引き上げ時に水硬性固化材液の吐出を行う。【選択図】 図15
