PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entering/leaving management system capable of suppressing an owner of a recording medium in which identification information is stored from entering an entering restriction area by tailgating, and preventing the owner of the recording medium who has entered the entering restriction area by tailgating from being confined therein.SOLUTION: In a processor 52 of a data center 50, an entering history updating part 52a leaves the history of entering with an authentication code (identification information) read by a card reader 10, and deletes the history of entering on the basis of the fact that the authentication code has been read by a card reader 20, and a tailgating entering frequency counting part 52b counts frequency (tailgating entering frequency) when the authentication code has been read by the card reader 20 in a state that the history of entering with the authentication code it not left, and a tailgating entering frequency determination part 52c determines whether or not the tailgating entering frequency has reached an upper limit frequency, and an invalidation processing part 52e invalidates the authentication code after an electric lock 4 is unlocked as long as the tailgating entering frequency has reached the upper limit frequency.
【課題】識別情報を記憶した記録媒体の所持者が共連れにより入室制限区画に入室することを抑制でき、共連れにより入室した記録媒体の所持者が入室制限区画内に閉じ込められることを防止できる退室管理システムを提供すること。【解決手段】データセンタ50の処理装置52において、入室履歴更新部52aはカードリーダ10で読み取られた認証コード（識別情報）での入室の履歴を残し、その認証コードがカードリーダ20で読み取られたことに基づき、その入室の履歴を削除し、共連れ入室回数計数部52bは、その認証コードでの入室の履歴が残っていない状態においてカードリーダ20でその認証コードが読み取られた回数（共連れ入室回数）を計数し、共連れ入室回数判定部52cは共連れ入室回数が上限回数に達したか否かを判定し、共連れ入室回数が上限回数に達した場合に限り、電気錠4の解錠後に失効処理部５２ｅは認証コードを失効させる。【選択図】図１
