To provide a technology for suppressing deterioration of security or convenience due to locking/unlocking of a door caused by unnecessary and unexpected authentications.SOLUTION: A control unit 320 controls at least one of unlocking and opening of a door provided between a first area and a second area by an authentication based on a wireless communication between the first communication device provided in the first area and a terminal device. A restriction unit 322 causes the control unit 320 to control the unlocking and opening of the door based on a wireless communication between a second communication device provided in the second area and the terminal device until a specified condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
