HYDRAULIC SETTING SOLIDIFICATION MATERIAL LIQUID SUBSTITUTION COLUMN CONSTRUCTION METHOD, AND COLUMN CONSTRUCTION DEVICE USED FOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a top end level of a hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column after construction at a predetermined planned top end level and to prevent sediment or clod from being mixed into a hydraulic setting solidification material liquid that is charged in substitution column construction, even if the sediment or the clod falls down before the hydraulic setting solidification material liquid is solidified.SOLUTION: Before the hydraulic setting solidification material liquid is solidified after hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column construction, a leveling rod with a disc mounted at a lower side is inserted into a drilling hole of the hydraulic setting solidification material liquid substitution column after construction, a lower end face of the disc is aligned with the planned top end level of the column by utilizing the leveling of the rod protruding on the ground. The leveling rod is gripped/fixed at a grip position and held, even if being short, until the leveling rod is prevented from being sunk or floated by itself.
【課題】 築造後の水硬性固化材液置換コラムの天端レベルを所定の計画天端レベルに形成するとともに、置換コラム築造に填充された水硬性固化材液が固まらないうちに土砂や土塊が落下することがあっても、水硬性固化材液中に混入することを回避可能にする。【解決手段】 水硬性固化材液置換コラム築造後の水硬性固化材液がまだ固まらないうちに、下方に円盤を取り付けた標尺付きロッドを該築造後の水硬性固化材液置換コラムの掘削孔内に挿入し、該円盤下端面を、地上に突出している該ロッドの標尺を利用して、該コラムの計画天端レベル位置に合わせ、標尺付きロッドを把持装置で把持・固定し、短くとも該標尺付きロッドが自沈もしくは浮上しなくなるまで保持する。【選択図】 図1
