PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a watched person from exiting from a management area to roam about.SOLUTION: An exiting management system includes: identification information transmission means that a watched person bears; identification information reception means of receiving the identification information transmitted from the identification information transmission means; determination means of determining whether the identification information that the identification information reception means receives match registered information recorded in a storage unit in advance; and an exiting control unit which controls an inhibition member inhibiting an operation part of gate lock means from being operated once the determination means determines that the identification information matches or does not match the registered information.
【課題】被管理者が管理エリアから外へ出て徘徊することを防止。【解決手段】被管理者が所持している識別情報送信手段と、識別情報送信手段から送信された識別情報を受信する識別情報受信手段と、識別情報受信手段が受信した識別情報と予め記憶部に記録した登録情報とが一致するか否かを判定する判定手段と、この判定手段が識別情報と登録情報が一致するものである又は一致しないものである、のいずれかを判定すると、ゲート用ロック手段の操作部分の操作を禁止する禁止部材を制御する退出制御部とを備える退出管理システム。【選択図】図１
