PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a watched person from exiting from a management area to roam about.SOLUTION: An exiting management system includes: person detection means of detecting a watched person in a predetermined region in a management area; shape information acquisition means of capturing the "face" and "posture" of the watched person with a camera on the basis of a detection signal of the person detection means; determination means of determining whether only the shape information acquired by the shape information acquisition means and registered information recorded in a storage unit in advance as identification information on features of the face and posture like an ID match each other; and a control unit which controls an inhibition member inhibiting an operation part of gate lock means from being operated once determining that the shape information matches or does not match the registered information.
【課題】被管理者が管理エリアから外へ出て徘徊することを防止。【解決手段】管理エリアの所定領域で被管理者を検知する人検知手段と、人検知手段の検出信号に基づき被管理者の「顔」や「姿」をカメラで撮る姿態情報取得手段と、姿態情報取得手段で取得した姿態情報だけと、顔や姿の特徴をＩＤの如く識別情報として予め記憶部に記録した登録情報とが一致するか否かを判断する判定手段と、姿態情報と登録情報が一致するものである、又は一致しないものである、のいずれかを判定すると、ゲート用ロック手段の操作部分の操作を禁止する禁止部材を制御する制御部を備えている退出管理システム。【選択図】図１
