MANUFACTURING METHOD OF WOODEN FLOOR MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wooden floor material capable of easily and selectively coloring a surface part and a chamfered part of a base material with different colors using a small amount of coloring agent for the surface part of the base material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a wooden floor material, which adheres a transparent film 60 over at least a surface part 20 and a chamfered part 21 of a base material 1 having the chamfered part 21 at the edge area, includes steps of: adhering the transparent film over only the surface part of the base material 1 while allowing the transparent film sticking out from the edge part of the surface part; applying a coloring agent over at least either one of a rear face of the sticking out transparent film or the chamfered part; and subsequently, adhering the transparent film to the chamfered part by bending the sticking part of the transparent film.
【課題】 基材の表面部に対する着色剤の使用量を少なくすることができ、容易に基材の表面部と面取り部に選択的に異なる着色を施すことが可能な、木質床材の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 端部に面取り部２１を有する基材１の少なくとも表面部２０及び面取り部２１に、透明フィルム６０を接着して製造する木質床材の製造方法であって、表面部の端部より外側に前記透明フィルムが突出するように、基材１の表面部のみに透明フィルムを接着し、突出した透明フィルムの裏面又は面取り部の少なくともいずれかに着色剤を塗布し、次いで透明フィルムの突出した部分を折り曲げて、面取り部と透明フィルムとを接着する。【選択図】図１
