PIPE-IN-PIPE METHOD AND PIPE-IN SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be enough when building a small shaft in the vicinity of an existing vertical pipe without requiring to build a large shaft for exposing the whole existing vertical pipe, in addition, to reduce a discharge quantity of industrial waste such as waste soil and a removal pipe material,.SOLUTION: A pipe-in-pipe method comprises: a shaft building process of a building a shaft so as to take in a part of an existing horizontal pipe; an existing horizontal pipe cutting process of forming an opening by cutting a part of the existing horizontal pipe; a new pipe material insertion process of inserting a new pipe material and a scaffold material from the opening; a new vertical pipe construction process of upwardly stacking the new pipe material inserted through the new pipe material insertion process in order from a bottom part on the inside of the existing vertical pipe and constructing a new vertical pipe by joining mutual end parts of the stacked new pipe material; and a new horizontal pipe construction process of arranging the new pipe material inserted through the new pipe material insertion process by connecting in the horizontal direction in order on the inside of the existing horizontal pipe, constructing the new horizontal pipe by joining mutual end parts of the arranged new pipe material and connecting the constructed new horizontal pipe and new vertical pipe.
【課題】既設縦管全体を露出するための大型の立坑を築造する必要がなく、既設縦管の近傍に小型の立坑を築造すれば足り、加えて、廃土、撤去管材料等の産業廃棄物の排出量を低減することができる。【解決手段】既設横管の一部を取り込むように立坑を築造する立坑築造工程と、既設横管の一部を切断して開口を形成する既設横管切断工程と、開口から新設管材料及び足場材料を挿入する新設管材料等挿入工程と、新設管材料等挿入工程で挿入された新設管材料を前記既設縦管の内部で底部から順に上方へ積み上げるとともに、積み上げた新設管材料の端部どうしを接合して新設縦管を構築する新設縦管構築工程と、新設管材料等挿入工程で挿入された新設管材料を既設横管の内部で順に横方向につなげて配置するとともに配置した新設管材料の端部どうしを接合して新設横管を構築するとともに、構築した新設横管と新設縦管とを接続する新設横管構築工程とを備える。【選択図】図4
