PILE HEAD TREATMENT METHOD AND PILE HEAD BURIAL BAG USED FOR PILE HEAD TREATMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the work efficiency for pile head treatment when constructing a cast-in-place concrete pile.SOLUTION: By fixing annularly a pile head treatment bag of a columnar shape inflated with the air along a hoop reinforcement in a gap between the hoop reinforcement at the pile head and a holding reinforcement on the inner side of the hoop reinforcement and then casting concrete, weld overlay around an inner side of a reinforcement cage may be removed when the pile head treatment bag is removed. This eliminates the need to crush the weld overlay around an inner side of a reinforcement cage with a drill or other equipment, which has caused a decline in the work efficiency for pile head treatment, thereby enhances the work efficiency for pile head treatment.
【課題】 場所打ちコンクリート杭を施工する際に行う杭頭処理の作業効率の向上。【解決手段】 杭頭部のフープ筋の内側に取り付けられた押さえ鉄筋との隙間部に、空気で膨らませた柱状形態の杭頭処理袋をフープ筋に沿って環状に固定してコンクリートを打設し、コンクリートの固化後に前記杭頭処理袋を取り除くことによって鉄筋籠の内側近傍の余盛り除去作業を行うことができる。これにより、特に杭頭処理の効率の低下の要因となっていた鉄筋籠の内側近傍の余盛りをドリル等で破砕する必要がなくなり、杭頭処理の作業効率を向上することができる。【選択図】 図１
