PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head treatment method capable of easily and reliably chipping a pile extra fill portion to small pieces after breaking the pile head during a pile head treatment.SOLUTION: The pile head treatment method is to perform a head treatment on a cast-in-place concrete pile, the method including: a laterally breaking step on a pile head extra fill 21 of a pile head; a separating step to separate the laterally beaked pile head extra fill from the pile head; a boring step to vertically bore a powder charge hole 50 from an upper surface of the separated pile head extra fill; a loading step to load a powder charged holder 40 vertically extending in a star-like polygon sectional view into the powder charge hole; and a chipping step to chip the pile head extra fill to small pieces with a kinetic crushing agent contained in the powder charged holder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
