SIMPLE SETTING METHOD FOR EXPOSED-TYPE COLUMN BASE PART
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting method that enables labor for a construction design to be greatly reduced in the case where a standard design drawing is devised, because a design of a column base is complicated in such a manner as to be diverse depending on a structural designer.SOLUTION: In a simple setting method for an exposed-type column base part, a column base design drawing is devised by studying such a combination that column base part strength and rotational rigidity are set to be numeric values complying with the Building Standards Act, on the assumption that the same column base (a combination of a base plate and an anchor bolt) and the same foundation (depth and cross-section) are used for columns identical in size and thickness to one another. In other words, 1-18 kinds of patterns are provided, and the length and thickness of one side of the base plate 1, the diameters, number and lengths of anchor bolts 4, the length of one side of a cross-section of a foundation part and the depth of the foundation are set in such a manner as to correspond to the length and thickness of one side of a column member 2 of each pattern.
【課題】柱脚の設計は、構造設計者によりまちまちで複雑であるから、標準的な設計図が考案されていれば、建設設計の労力を大幅に減らすことができる設定方法を提供する。【解決手段】大きさと太さが同じ柱には、同じ柱脚(ベースプレートとアンカーボルトの組み合わせ)と同じ基礎(深さ・断面)を使う事を前提とし、柱脚部耐力と回転剛性が建築基準法を順守する数値になるような組み合わせを研究し柱脚の設計図を考案し、すなわち、1〜18種類のパターンが有り、各パターンの柱部材2の一辺の長さと厚さに対応して、ベースプレート1の一辺の長さと厚さ、アンカーボルト4の直径、本数及び長さと基礎部分の断面の一辺の長さと基礎の深さとが設定されている露出型柱脚部の簡易設定方法である。【選択図】図1
