CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR EXPOSED TYPE COLUMN BASE
To provide a method for constructing an exposed type column base and a form installation guide capable of properly transmitting shearing force due to an earthquake, wind, or the like acting on a base plate to an anchor bolt in which an anchor bolt insertion hole is formed as an enlarged hole and improved in terms of cost.SOLUTION: In the construction of an exposed column base in which a base plate 2 fixed to the lower end of a steel column is fixed by an anchor bolt 3 projecting on the upper surface of foundation concrete 9, the anchor bolt 3 is inserted into an excessively large hole 4 of the base plate 2, a nested washer 5 and a flat washer 6 composed of an upper washer and a lower washer are fastened by two nuts 8 in a state of being inserted therethrough, and a form 12 is installed around the base plate 2 at a predetermined interval, and a plate-like pressing tool 50 is pressed downward against a grout material G injected to the vicinity of the upper surface of the base plate 2, whereby residual air in the large hole 4 is discharged to the outside through an air passage 22 of the washer 5, and the grout material G enters the inside to fill the gap around the anchor bolt 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】アンカーボルト挿通孔が拡大孔として形成されているベースプレートに作用する地震や風などによるせん断力を適正にアンカーボルトに伝達することができ、コスト面でも改善された露出型柱脚の施工方法と型枠設置ガイドを提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨柱の下端部に固着したベースプレート２が、基礎コンクリート９の上面に突出するアンカーボルト３で固定される露出型柱脚の施工において、アンカーボルト３をベースプレート２の過大孔４に挿通し、上座金と下座金からなる入れ子座金５と平座金６を挿通した状態で２個のナット８で締結し、ベースプレート２の周囲に所定の間隔を空けて型枠１２を設置し、ベースプレート２の上面付近まで注入したグラウト材Ｇに板状押圧具を５０に当てて下方に押し込むことにより、拡大孔４の残存空気を座金５の空気流路２２を介して外部に排出し、グラウト材Ｇが内部に侵入してアンカーボルト３の周囲の隙間を充填する。【選択図】図１１
