CHOPPED STRAND FOR CEMENT STRUCTURE AND CEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopped strand for cement structures which is good in sizing properties and workability and a cement structure containing the chopped strand for cement structures.SOLUTION: A chopped strand for cement structures is provided with a coating formed by applying a glass fiber sizing agent to a plurality of glass fiber monofilaments and has an ignition loss of 0.5-3.0 mass%, and the glass fiber sizing agent comprises vinyl acetate polymer having a cross-linked structure and a plasticizer, in a ratio of 2-20 pts. mass of the plasticizer to 100 pts. mass of the vinyl acetate polymer. The plasticizer is an adipic acid and/or a phthalic acid plasticizer, and the glass fiber monofilament is composed of glass having a composition of 16-20 mass% of ZrO.
【課題】集束性が良好であり、かつ、作業性が良好であるセメント構造体用チョップドストランドと、該セメント構造体用チョップドストランドを含むセメント構造体の提供。【解決手段】複数本のガラス繊維モノフィラメントにガラス繊維集束剤を塗布して形成された皮膜を有するセメント構造体用チョップドストランドであって、強熱減量が０．５〜３．０質量％であり、前記ガラス繊維集束剤は、架橋構造を有する酢酸ビニル重合体と、可塑剤とを含むセメント構造体用チョップドストランド。前記酢酸ビニル重合体１００質量部に対して、前記可塑剤を２〜２０質量部含み、前記可塑剤は、アジピン酸系及び／又はフタル酸系可塑剤であり、前記ガラス繊維モノフィラメントは、質量百分率表示で、ＺｒＯ２１６〜２０％の組成を含有するガラスからなるセメント構造体用チョップドストランド。【選択図】なし
