CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PIPING SYSTEM AND PIPING SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a piping system which is suppressed in leakage of a hardening material when filling a penetration hole of a floor slab which a plurality of pieces of piping penetrate, and the piping system which can perform construction while suppressing the leakage of the hardening material.SOLUTION: This piping system construction method is used for constructing a piping system in which a plurality of pieces of piping 4 are fixed to the inside of penetration holes 1a of a floor slab 1 by using hardening materials M, and has: a process for arranging a plurality of pieces of the piping 4 at the inside of the penetration holes 1a together with hardening products 3 in a state that a plurality of pieces of the piping 4 are made to penetrate at least a plurality of the penetration holes 3a one by one, respectively, by using the hardening products 3 in which a plurality of the piping penetration holes 3a are formed; a process for filling the hardening materials M into the inside of the penetration holes 1a; and a process for attaching a receiving member 2 for receiving the hardening products 3 at the slab 1. The piping system has the slab 1, the plurality of pieces of the piping 4, the hardening products 3, and a fixing member 6 which fixes the plurality of pieces of the piping 4 to the inside of the penetration holes 1a together with the hardening products 3.
【課題】複数の配管を貫通させた床スラブの貫通穴を穴埋めするときに硬化材料の漏れ出しが抑制される配管システムの施工方法と、硬化材料の漏れ出しを抑制しつつ施工可能な配管システムとを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の配管システムの施工方法は、床スラブ1の貫通穴1aの内側に複数の配管4が硬化材料Mを用いて固定された配管システムの施工方法であって、複数の配管貫通穴3aが形成された硬化物3を用い、少なくとも複数の配管貫通穴3aのそれぞれに配管4の1つずつ貫通させた状態で、複数の配管4を、硬化物3とともに貫通穴1aの内側に配置する工程と、貫通穴1aの内側に硬化材料Mを充填する工程と、スラブ1に、硬化物3を受ける受け部材2を取り付ける工程を有する。また本発明の配管システムは、スラブ1と、複数の配管4と、硬化物3と、複数の配管4を硬化物3とともに貫通穴1aの内側に固定する固定部材6とを有する。【選択図】図4
