CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF JACKET MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a jacket material for forming a jacket of a building.SOLUTION: The surface material 1 is formed of a long jacket material which has a male-female connection structure formed at both ends and coupled with each other in a horizontal direction. The connection structure is formed including: a decorative surface 7 with plural irregularity parts 7c which are formed along a longitudinal direction; a metal surface material 1a with the male-female connection structures formed at right and left ends of the decorative surface 7; a vertical bonding plane 19; an upper face 22 of the bonding plane 19 the upper end of which is bent to the inner side; a reinforcement plane 23 of the front end of the upper face 22 which protruding upward; and a metal rear face cover material 2 bonded to the rear face of the decorative surface 7 of the metal surface material 1a so as to cover the entire of the irregularity part 7c. The connection structure is formed also including a heat insulation material 4 filled between the surface material 1 and the rear face material 3 and formed integrally therewith. In the upper face 22 and the reinforcement plane 23 of the metal rear face cover material 1a, through-holes 22a and 23a are drilled at a certain pitch. The through-hole 23a in the reinforcement plane 23 is formed at a certain pitch and protrudes to the indoor or outdoor side, to mold a reinforcement piece 23b in a jacket material A.
【課題】本発明は建築、構築物の外装を形成する外装材の連結構造に関するものである。【解決手段】雄雌連結構造を左右端部に形成した長尺状の外装材を横方向に連結して形成する連結構造において、長手方向に沿って複数個の凹凸部7cを形成した化粧面7と、化粧面7の左右端部に雄雌連結構造を形成した金属製表面材1aと、垂直平面状の貼着面19と、貼着面19の上端を屋内側に屈曲した上面22と、上面22の先端を上方に突出した補強面23とから形成し、金属製表面材1aの化粧面7裏面の凹凸部7c全面を覆うように貼着した金属製裏面カバー材2とから形成した表面材1と、表面材1と裏面材3間に断熱材4を充填して一体に形成すると共に、金属製裏面カバー材1aの上面22と補強23面には一定ピッチで穿孔した流通孔22a、23aを形成し、補強面23に形成した流通孔23aは一定ピッチで穿孔すると共に屋内あるいは屋外側に突出して補強片23bを形成した外装材Aを使用した外装材Aの連結構造である。【選択図】図1
