PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply fix an upper end of a jacket material to a substrate material.SOLUTION: A jacket material fixture 10 is fixed to a substrate material 101 by screws 1. A jacket material 200 is installed on the jacket material fixture. The jacket material fixture comprises: a substrate body 20, which is disposed on a fitting surface 101A formed on the substrate material 101; an engaging claw 30, which extends from the substrate body 20 and engages to an upper end of the jacket material 200; and a screw receiving part 40, which protrudes from the substrate body 20 and has an inclined surface 41 that faces obliquely upward and receives a head 1H of the screws 1.
