BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building structure which simplifies a structure by supporting a building by a base-isolating mechanism provided in a location where an outdoor-side overhanging part of a foundation configuration part of the building exists, and which enables a site to be widely utilized by bringing an exterior wall of the building closer to the outdoor end side of the foundation configuration part.SOLUTION: A foundation configuration part 1 of a building 100 is divided into upper and lower divided parts 11 and 12, and a base-isolating mechanism 13 is interposed between the upper and lower divided parts 11 and 12. The upper divided part 11 has a rising part 11a and an outdoor-side overhanging part 11b. A floor 3 of the building 100 is projected in the upward direction of the outdoor-side overhanging part 11b, and an exterior wall 4 is provided on the outdoor side of an end of the floor 3.
【課題】建物の基礎構成部の屋外側張出部が存在する箇所に設けられた免震機構よって建物を支障して構造の簡素化を図るとともに、上記基礎構成部の屋外端側に建物の外壁を近づけて敷地を広く活用することができる免震建物構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物１００の基礎構成部１が上分断部１１と下分断部１２とに分断され、これら上分断部１１と下分断部１２との間に免震機構１３が介在されている。上記上分断部１１は立上部１１ａおよび屋外側張出部１１ｂを有しており、上記建物１００における床３が上記屋外側張出部１１ｂの上方に持ち出され、上記床３の端部の屋外側に外壁４が設けられている。【選択図】図１
