PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building structure which eliminates the possibility that the vertical load applied to the column through the operation of the base isolation bearing device is not properly transmitted to the foundation by the additional structure and prevents this additional structure from interfering with the replacement of the base isolation bearing device.SOLUTION: A base-isolated building structure 1 has the structure, whose trestle 4 is mounted on a moving member 22 of a base isolation bearing device 2 comprising a base part 21 provided on a foundation 3 of a building and the moving member 22 movably provided thereon, and has the structure that a pillar 5 is provided on the trestle 4. An angle brace member 6 supported by the moving member 22 is detachably attached to the trestle 4, and the angle brace member 6 is positioned on the base part 21 even when the pillar 5 protrudes from the edge of the base part 21 through the operation of the isolation bearing device 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】免震支承装置の作動で柱にかかる垂直荷重が適切に基礎へと伝達されなくなるおそれを追加の構造によって解消するとともに、この追加の構造が免震支承装置の交換の障害とならないようにする免震建物構造を提供する。【解決手段】免震建物構造1は、建物の基礎3上に設けられた基台部21と、この基台部21上で移動自在に設けられた移動部材22とからなる免震支承装置2の上記移動部材22上に架台4が載置されるとともに上記架台4に柱5が設けられた構造を有する。上記架台4には上記移動部材22にて支持される火打ち部材6が着脱可能に取り付けられており、この火打ち部材6は、上記柱5が上記免震支承装置2の作動で上記基台部21の縁からはみ出た状態でも上記基台部21上に位置する。【選択図】図2
