STEEL MEMBER HAVING PROTECTIVE LAYER AND FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel member having a protective layer and a foundation structure in which the steel member can be protected simply and reliably by a lining steel plate such that an abutment area between the steel member and the lining steel sheet is greatly secured to thereby improve the integrity between the steel member and the lining steel sheet.SOLUTION: A steel member 1 has a protective layer provided in the boundary between a front side A and a rear side B. The steel member 1 having the protective layer applying the present invention includes a steel member 2 using a steel sheet pile of a substantially hat-shaped section or a substantially U-shaped section, and a lining steel sheet 3 mounted to a predetermined range in the shaft core direction Y of the steel member 2. The lining steel sheet 3 forms a mounting surface 10 planarly mounted to the steel member 2 and fixed to the steel member 2 in the front side A for resisting corrosion, abrasion or collision force of the steel member 2.
【課題】鋼製部材とライニング鋼板との当接面積を大きく確保して、鋼製部材とライニング鋼板との一体性を向上させることにより、ライニング鋼板で鋼製部材を簡易かつ確実に保護することのできる防護層を有する鋼製部材及び基礎構造物を提供する。【解決手段】前面側Ａと背面側Ｂとの境界に設けられる防護層を有する鋼製部材１に関する。本発明を適用した防護層を有する鋼製部材１は、断面略ハット形状又は断面略Ｕ形状の鋼矢板が用いられた鋼製部材２と、鋼製部材２の軸芯方向Ｙで所定の範囲に取り付けられるライニング鋼板３とを備える。ライニング鋼板３は、鋼製部材２の腐食、摩耗又は衝突力に抵抗するための前面側Ａで、鋼製部材２に面状に取り付けられる取付面１０を形成して、鋼製部材２に固定される。【選択図】図２
