STEEL MEMBER HAVING PROTECTIVE LAYER AND FOUNDATION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel member having a protective layer and a foundation structure, the protective layer protecting the steel member readily and surely using a lining steel plate, by increasing a contacting surface area between the steel member and the lining steel plate and enhancing integrity between the steel member and the lining steel plate.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a steel member 1 having a protective layer provided at a boundary between a front surface side A and a rear surface side B. The steel member 1 having the protective layer of the present invention includes a steel material 2 using a steel sheet pile with an almost hat-shaped or an almost U-shaped cross-section, and a lining steel plate 3 mounted on a predetermined range in a shaft core direction Y of the steel material 2. The lining steel plate 3 is fixed on the steel material 2 on the front surface side A, for resisting corrosion, abrasion of and collision force on the steel material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】鋼製部材とライニング鋼板との当接面積を大きく確保し、鋼製部材とライニング鋼板との一体性を向上させることによって、ライニング鋼板で鋼製部材を簡易かつ確実に保護することのできる防護層を有する鋼製部材及び基礎構造物を提供する。【解決手段】前面側Ａと背面側Ｂとの境界に設けられる防護層を有する鋼製部材１に関する。本発明を適用した防護層を有する鋼製部材１は、断面略ハット形状又は断面略Ｕ形状の鋼矢板が用いられた鋼製部材２と、鋼製部材２の軸芯方向Ｙで所定の範囲に取り付けられるライニング鋼板３とを備える。ライニング鋼板３は、鋼製部材２の腐食、摩耗又は衝突力に抵抗するための前面側Ａで、鋼製部材２に固定される。【選択図】図２
