SAFETY CONFIRMATION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR OCCUPANT OF HOUSING COMPLEX
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety confirmation support system for effectively implementing safety confirmation of an occupant at an occurrence of a disaster in a housing complex.SOLUTION: A personal computer 14 capable of being freely connected to an entrance/exit controller 4 for outputting open/close command signal of an automatic door 7 provided in a housing complex 1 by reading an ID card includes: an occupant data storage unit 17B for storing occupant information including an identification code; A priority data table 17C for indicating priority of safety confirmation and action when the safety is confirmed according to the occupant information; a presence, absence setting means 16A for acquiring identification code of an ID card which is held out after the date of the occurrence of the input disaster by identification code acquirement means 5B, 16, 18 and setting presence, absence information for every household based on this identification code and the occupant information; and priority confirmation setting means 16, 16A, 16B for setting safety confirmation priority for every household according to the presence, absence information and the priority data table 17C.
【課題】集合住宅における災害発生時の居住者の安否確認を効率的に実施する安否確認支援システム。【解決手段】ＩＤカードの読取りで、集合住宅１設けた自動ドア７の開閉指令信号を出力する入退出コントローラ４に対して接続自在のパーソナルコンピュータ１４は、識別コードを含む居住者情報を格納する居住者データ格納部１７Ｂと、居住者情報により安否確認の優先度及び安否確認時の行動示す優先度データテーブル１７Ｃと、入力した災害発生の日時以降に翳されたＩＤカードの識別コードを識別コード取得手段５Ｂ，１６，１８で取得し、この識別コードと居住者情報に基づき、世帯毎の在・不在情報を設定する在・不在設定手段１６Ａと、在・不在情報と優先度データテーブル１７Ｃによって世帯毎の安否確認優先度を設定する優先確認設定手段１６，１６Ａ，１６Ｂと、を備えたものである。【選択図】図１
