DOUBLE GLAZING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double glazing which does not require designing with wiring for supplying electric power to an LED element taken into consideration and therefore has high flexibility of design, and does not impair performance of the double glazing such as durability.SOLUTION: A double glazing 1 is provided in which: a first electrically conductive spacer 12 and second electrically conductive spacer 22 are provided in a peripheral edge part of a first glass pane 11 and a second glass pane 21, and are formed in parallel to each other via an insulator 5 so that the spacers do not contact with each other; an LED element 6 is provided on the spacers so as to straddle the insulator; a positive electrode (an anode) and a negative electrode (a cathode) of the LED element 6 are respectively connected to the spacers; a space sandwiched by the first glass pane 11 and the second glass pane 21 is sealed by a sealing material 8 on the outside of the spacers; and the LED element 6 is made to emit the light by conducting an electric current to the spacers.
【課題】LED素子に電力を供給するための配線を考慮した設計をする必要がなく設計の自由度が高く、耐久性等の複層ガラスの性能も損なわれることもない複層ガラスを提供する。【解決手段】第1ガラス板11及び第2ガラス板21の周縁部には導電性の第1スペーサー12と第2スペーサー22が設けられ、前記スペーサーが互いに接触しないように絶縁体5を介して並列してなり、前記スペーサー上には絶縁体を跨ぐようにLED素子6が設けられ、LED素子6の正極(陽極)と負極(陰極)がそれぞれ前記スペーサーに接続され、前記スペーサーの外側で、かつ第1ガラス板11と第2ガラス板21とに挟まれた空間が封止材8で封止され、前記スペーサーに通電することによってLED素子6を発光させる複層ガラス1。【選択図】図1
