PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet for a building substrate, which is excellent in cut-off performance of a nail hole formed by a nail, a tacker and the like, and which can be easily handled by virtue of lightness and proper workability.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet for a building substrate has a multilayer structure that comprises at least two layers having a resin superposed on the roofing material side of a reinforcing sheet. Characteristically, 5% strain-time tensile stress of the resin is in the range of 0.5-6.0 MPa.
【課題】本発明は、釘やタッカーなどによる釘穴の止水性に優れ、かつ軽量で施工性が良好で取り扱いやすい建築下地用防水性シートを提供することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】補強シートの屋根葺材側に樹脂が積層された少なくとも２層からなる多層構造の建築下地用防水シートであって、該樹脂の５％歪み時引張応力が０．５ＭＰａ〜６．０ＭＰａであることを特徴とする建築下地用防水シート。【選択図】 図１
