PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet for building substrate having excellent cut-off performance and workability and sufficient anti-slip capability, durability and waterproofness.SOLUTION: In a waterproof sheet for building substrate 1, a laminate structure of at least 5 layers in which an anti-slip layer 2, a first film layer 3, a water-absorbing swelling layer 4, a reinforcement layer 5, and a second film layer 6 are laminated from the upper side in vertical direction. A water-absorbing swelling resin used in the water-absorbing swelling layer has 20-80 vol.% of a content of particles A with a particle size of 1-28 μm, and 10-50 vol.% of a content of particles B with a particle size of 50-100 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】優れた止水性、および施工性を有するとともに、充分な防滑性、耐久性および防水性をも兼ね備える建築下地用防水シートを提供する。【解決手段】鉛直方向の上側から防滑層２、第一フィルム層３、吸水膨潤層４、補強層５、第二フィルム層６の順に積層された少なくとも５層の積層構造の建築下地用防水シート１であって、前記吸水膨潤層で用いられる吸水膨潤樹脂は、粒子径１〜２８μｍの粒子Ａの含有率が２０〜８０体積％であり、かつ粒子径５０〜１００μｍの粒子Ｂの含有率が１０〜５０体積％である。【選択図】図１
