CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SOUNDPROOF WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a soundproof wall for easily constructing the soundproof wall, and capable of uniformly pressing-fixing a soundproof panel over a long period by constant force.SOLUTION: A construction method of a soundproof wall comprises a column 7 composed of H-shaped steel, a panel fastener 1 and a soundproof panel 8, and comprises the steps of: fixing the panel fastener 1 having a bottom plate part 11, a locking claw 2 and a spiral plate spring part 3 locked on a locking claw in a folded-up state by being elastically deformed, to the inside of a flange 72 of the column 7, by a bolt 61 and a nut 63 so that the locking claw 2 turns in the standing-up direction of the flange 72; erecting the column 7 at a predetermined interval; dropping a soundproof panel 8 in the flange 72 of the adjacent column 7; and fixing the soundproof panel 8 to the inside of the flange 72 by elastically deforming the plate spring part 3 to release locking with the locking claw 2, expanding the plate spring part 3, and pressing the soundproof panel 8 with the plate spring part 3.
【課題】防音壁の施工を容易にし、かつ防音パネルを長期にわたり一定の力で均一に押圧、固定することのできる防音壁の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】H型鋼よりなる支柱7と、パネル留め具1と、防音パネル8とを備えて構成される防音壁の施工方法。支柱7のフランジ72の内側に、底板部11と、係止爪2と、弾性変形して折りたたまれた状態で係止爪に係止されたらせん状の板ばね部3と、を有するパネル留め具1を、係止爪2がフランジ72の立ち上がり方向に向くようにボルト61とナット63で固定する工程と、支柱7を所定間隔で立設する工程と、防音パネル8を隣接する支柱7のフランジ72内に落とし込む工程と、板ばね部3を弾性変形させて係止爪2による係止を解除し、板ばね部3を展開し、板ばね部3が防音パネル8を押圧することで防音パネル8をフランジ72内部に固定する工程と、を備える。【選択図】図6
