SCREEN DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen device that prevents a locking member from coming off a rail member, even when the thickness of the locking member is set relatively small, and a manufacturing method for the screen device.SOLUTION: A screen device X1 has a screen member 33, a retaining member 35 fitted on a side end part 33a of the screen member 33, a first housing part 91a, and a first slit 91b connected with the first housing part 91a, a rail member 91 that retains the screen member 33 in a state allowing movement in the length direction of the first slit 91b, which is made possible because the side end part 33a of the screen member 33 and the retaining member 35 are housed in the first housing part 91a through the first slit 91b, and a holding member 93 that holds the rail member 91. The rail member 91 is compressed and deformed in the width direction of the first slit 91b by the holding member 93, and the width of the first slit 91b of the compressed and deformed rail member 91 is smaller than a thickness T1 of the retaining member 35.
【課題】係止部材の厚みを比較的小さく設定した場合であっても、当該係止部材がレール部材から外れることを抑止できるスクリーン装置およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】スクリーン装置X1は、スクリーン部材33と、スクリーン部材33の側端部33aに取り付けられた抜止部材35と、第1収容部91a、および第1収容部91aに連通した第1スリット91bを有しており、スクリーン部材33の側端部33aおよび抜止部材35が第1スリット91bを介して第1収容部91a内に収容されることで、スクリーン部材33を第1スリット91bの長さ方向に沿って移動可能な状態に保持したレール部材91と、レール部材91を保持した保持部材93と、を備え、レール部材91は、保持部材93によって第1スリット91bの幅方向に圧縮変形されており、当該圧縮変形されたレール部材91の第1スリット91bの幅は、抜止部材35の厚みT1よりも小さい。【選択図】図2
