WATERPROOF SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet which is manufactured in a factory to shorten a cure period at a job site, is formed with a uniform waterproof layer, and is stuck to a backing without using an adhesive, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof and a waterproof method.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet 7 is formed by laminating a urethane rubber-based waterproof agent as a urethane rubber-based waterproof layer 5 by spraying or flowing-in of the urethane rubber-based waterproof agent, on a pressure sensitive adhesive butyl rubber autohesion layer 6, and is formed as a product to be stuck to a backing without using an adhesive. Alternatively, the waterproof sheet is formed by laminating the urethane rubber-based waterproof agent as the urethane rubber-based waterproof layer by spraying or flowing-in of the urethane rubber-based waterproof agent, on a ventilation buffer sheet formed by laminating the pressure sensitive adhesive butyl rubber autohesion layer on a ventilation layer made of nonwoven fabric, and is formed as a product to be stuck to a backing without using an adhesive.
【課題】防水シートを工場で製造することにより、現場での養生期間を短縮し、かつ均一な防水層を形成し、接着剤を使わずに下地に貼り付けた防水シート、その製造方法、および防水工法を提供する。【解決手段】粘着ブチルゴム自着層６に、ウレタンゴム系防水剤を吹き付けまたは流し込みによりウレタンゴム系防水層５として積層させて成形した防水シート７であり、接着剤を使わずに下地に貼り付ける成形品として形成した、もしくは、不織布による通気層に粘着ブチルゴム自着層を積層させた通気緩衝シートに、ウレタンゴム系防水剤を吹き付けまたは流し込みによりウレタンゴム系防水層として積層させて成形した防水シートであり、接着剤を使わずに下地に貼り付ける成形品として形成した。【選択図】図１
