본 발명은 재생 가능한 친환경 복합방수시트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 방수재와 하부재를 일체로 합지시켜 시공이 용이하고 단열성이 높으며, 재생이 가능하여 친환경적인 복합방수시트 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 접합면 사이에 에어포켓이 형성되도록 제1부직포와 제2부직포가 접착되는 하부재층; 및 상기 하부재층 상면에 가열 및 냉각되어 합지되며, EPDM 30~60중량부, 올레핀계 엘라스토머 30~50중량부, 폴리프로필렌 10~20중량부, 무기충전재 5~10중량부로 구성되는 방수재층;을 포함하는 재생 가능한 친환경 복합방수시트를 제공할 수 있다.또한, 본 발명은 접합면 사이에 에어포켓이 형성되도록 제1부직포와 제2부직포를 접착시켜 하부재층을 형성하는 하부재층 형성 단계; 방수재층을 구성하는 재료를 혼합하는 방수재층 재료 혼합 단계; 혼합된 상기 방수재층 재료를 상기 하부재층 상면에 용융·압출하는 방수재층 압출 단계; 상면에 상기 방수재층이 형성된 상기 하부재층이 가열된 히팅합지롤에 통과하여 합지되는 1차 합지 단계; 및 1차 합지된 복합방수시트가 냉각합지롤을 통과하여 냉각되는 2차 합지 단계;를 포함하는 재생 가능한 친환경 복합방수시트의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a recyclable environmentally friendly complex waterproof sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a recyclable environmentally friendly complex waterproof sheet capable of integrally laminating a waterproof material and lower member to easily perform construction and to have high thermal insulation properties, and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention provides a recyclable environmentally friendly complex waterproof sheet including: a lower member layer to which a first non-woven fabric and a second non-woven fabric are bonded to form an air pocket between bonded surfaces; and a waterproof layer laminated on an upper surface of the lower member layer by heating and cooling, and formed of 30-60 parts by weight of EPDM, 30-50 parts by weight of an olefin-based elastomer, 10-20 parts by weight of polypropylene, and 5-10 parts by weight of an inorganic filler based on 100 parts by weight of a lower member layer. In addition, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a recyclable environmentally friendly complex waterproof sheet including: a lower member layer forming step for forming a lower member layer by bonding a first non-woven fabric and a second non-woven fabric to form an air pocket between bonded surfaces; a waterproof layer material mixing step for mixing materials forming a waterproof layer; a waterproof layer extruding step for melting and extruding the mixed waterproof layer material in an upper surface of the lower member layer; a primary laminating step for laminating by allowing the lower member layer, in which the waterproof layer is formed on an upper surface, to pass through a heating laminating roll which is heated; and a secondary laminating step for cooling by allowing the complex waterproof sheet, which is primarily laminated, to pass through a cooling laminating roll.
