BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING AND REPLACEMENT METHOD OF BASE-ISOLATOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction cost, and to facilitate replacement work of a base-isolator.SOLUTION: A base-isolated building is provided by installing a base-isolator between an upper foundation member for connecting a column of a building to an upper surface and a lower foundation member. In the base-isolated building, a horizontal member is provided on an under surface of the upper foundation member, and the horizontal member extends up to the periphery of the base-isolator so as to be capable of abutting on a plurality of jacks for temporarily supporting a load from the column by being installed around the base-isolator when replacing the base-isolator, and a projection member of projecting from the upper surface and buried in the upper foundation member, is provided in a part corresponding to the periphery of the base-isolator among the upper surface of the horizontal member.
【課題】施工コストを低減し、免震装置の交換作業を容易にすること。【解決手段】建物の柱が上面に連結された上部基礎部材と、下部基礎部材との間に、免震装置が設置された免震建物であって、前記上部基礎部材の下面には水平部材が設けられ、前記水平部材は、前記免震装置の交換時に、前記免震装置の周囲に設置されて前記柱からの荷重を仮支持する複数のジャッキに当接可能なように、前記免震装置の周囲まで延びており、前記水平部材の上面のうち前記免震装置の周囲に対応する部位に、当該上面から突出し、前記上部基礎部材に埋設された突出部材が設けられていること、を特徴とする免震建物である。【選択図】図３
