PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generation device which assures stable high power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: The hydraulic power generation device comprises: a rotating body 1 having a hollow cylindrical shape, and provided with a dog-leg shaped concave groove 3 having a bent portion oriented in a rotation direction on a cylindrical surface thereof, and configured to rotate around an axis by receiving a water flow f; and a main body 2 having a tip end 4 oriented toward the upstream side of the water flow f, and having a width reduced in a direction perpendicular to the water flow f as reaching the upstream side, a housing recess 5 formed in a lower surface and for rotatably housing the rotating body 1, and a discharge hole 9 formed at the downstream side of the housing recess 5, and for discharging the water flown near the housing recess 5 to the downstream side. The main body 2 is anchored at a predetermined location in the water flow f while maintaining a state of floating on a water surface. The posture of the main body 2 is maintained by orienting the main body 2 toward the upstream side by the tip end 4, and discharging the water used for the rotation of the rotating body 1 from the discharge holes 9, thus enabling stable generation of electricity.
【課題】水力発電装置において安定した高い発電効率を確保すること。【解決手段】中空円筒状をなし、その円筒面に回転方向に向いた折れ部を有する、くの字形の凹溝3が形成された、水流fを受けて軸周りに回転する回転体1と、水流fの上流側に向き、上流側ほど水流fに直交する方向の幅が減少する先端部4と、回転体1を回転自在に収納する下面側に形成された収納凹部5と、収納凹部5の下流側に形成され、この収納凹部5近傍を流動した水を下流側に排出する排出孔9と、を有し、水面に浮いた状態を保ちつつ水流f中の所定箇所に係留される本体部2と、を備えた水力発電装置を構成する。先端部4によって本体部2を上流側に向かせるとともに、回転体1の回転に用いた水を排出孔9から排出することにより、本体部2の姿勢を保ち、安定的に発電することができる。【選択図】図1
