To provide a screen device and a hydraulic power generation device that can eliminate the need of complicated screen regeneration work and prevent a decrease in the power generation efficiency of the hydraulic power generation device caused by the accumulation of foreign matter in the screen.SOLUTION: A screen device comprises: a screen that is installed in a waterway, is rotated by the fluid flowing in the waterway, collects foreign matter in the fluid on its outer surface, and allows purified fluid to flow into the inner side of the screen; and a channel that is installed in the waterway and allows the purified fluid flowing into the inner side of the screen to flow to the downstream side in a compartmentalized manner from the fluid in the waterway.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 煩雑なスクリーン再生作業を不要とし、且つ、スクリーンにおける異物の堆積に起因した水力発電装置の発電効率の低下を防止することができるスクリーン装置と水力発電装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 水路内に設置され水路内を流れる流体によって回転され上記流体内の異物を外面に捕集し浄化された流体を内側に流入させるスクリーンと、上記水路内に設置され上記スクリーンの内側に流入した浄化された流体を上記水路内の流体と区画した状態で下流側に流す流路と、を具備したもの。【選択図】 図２
