SOUND ABSORBING CEILING MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SOUND ABSORBING CEILING USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing ceiling material that has a good appearance, can create the appearance with a sense of quality, furthermore has a superior sound absorption performance, and particularly is suitable for use in the ceiling of a building such as a hall of an office building, a concert hall, a public facility, a school, a hospital or a library in which quietness is required, and to provide a construction method of a sound absorbing ceiling using the same.SOLUTION: A sound absorbing ceiling material is formed by: providing a substrate 1 with a resin makeup film 2 printing any pattern or colored pattern and a thin metal plate 3 laminated thereon; forming sidewalls 5, 5a by raising at least both sides of the substrate 1; and loading a thermal insulation/acoustic material 7 having the same height or more of the sidewalls 5, 5a inside the sidewalls 5, 5a. In the makeup film 2 and the metal plate 3, pin holes 4, 4a in communication with each other are formed through the entire surface.
【課題】見栄の良い、高級感のある外観を創出することができ、しかも、優れた吸音性能を有し、特に、オフィスビルのホール、コンサートホール、公共施設、学校、病院、図書館等の静粛性が要求される建物の天井に用いるのに好適な吸音性天井材及びそれを用いた吸音性天井の構築方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】任意の模様や色柄を印刷した樹脂製化粧フィルム２と薄手のメタルプレート３とを積層した基板１を設け、基板１の少なくとも両側辺を立ち上げて側壁５、５ａを形成し、側壁５、５ａの内側に、側壁５、５ａと同じかそれ以上の高さの断熱・吸音材７を装填して成り、化粧フィルム２とメタルプレート３には、互いに連通するピンホール４、４ａが全面に亘って透設される。【選択図】図１
