To provide a ceiling material which is easy for manufacturing work, can be supplied at a relatively low price, has good workability, has good appearance and is suitable for constructing a ceiling with appearance of a high quality feeling easily and quickly.SOLUTION: A substrate in which a resin decorative film 2 and a thin metal plate 3 are laminated and pin holes 4 communicating from the decorative film 2 to the metal plate 3 are bored across the entire surface, comprises: a frame body 1 in which both side edges are raised with the metal plate 3 on the upper side and side walls 5, 5a are formed; first lock means a to be fixed to the one side wall 5 of the frame body 1; second lock means b corresponding to the first lock means a to be fixed to the other side wall of the frame body; and a heat insulating and sound absorbing material 7 filled in the frame body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造加工が容易で、比較的廉価にて供給でき、施工性がよく、見栄の良い、高級感のある外観の天井を容易且つ迅速に構築するのに好適な天井材を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】樹脂製化粧フィルム２と薄手のメタルプレート３とが積層され、化粧フィルム２からメタルプレート３に連通するピンホール４が全面に亘って透設された基板が、メタルプレート３を上側にして両側縁が立ち上げられて側壁５，５ａが形成された枠体１と、枠体１の一方の側壁５に固定される第一係止手段ａと、枠体の他方の側壁に固定される第一係止手段ａに対応する第二係止手段ｂと、枠体１内に装填される断熱・吸音材７とから成る。【選択図】図１
