FINE MULLITE HOLLOW PARTICLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine mullite hollow particle which can be used widely as heat insulation material, heat shielding material or the like.SOLUTION: A fine mullite hollow particle has a shell that partitions a hollow chamber. The fine mullite hollow particle is characterized in that an average circularity is 0.85 or more, an average particle diameter is 0.5 μm-20 μm, the shell thickness is 500 nm or less, and 95% or more of the particle constituting component is mullite with AlOcontent 60-80 mass% and SiOcontent 20-40 mass%.
【課題】断熱材料、遮熱材料等として広く利用できる微小ムライト中空粒子の提供。【解決手段】中空室を区画する殻を有する微小ムライト中空粒子であって、平均円形度が0.85以上、平均粒子径が0.5μm〜20μm、前記殻の厚みが500nm以下、粒子を構成する成分の95%以上がAl2O3含有量60〜80質量%、SiO2含有量20〜40質量%のムライトであることを特徴とする微小ムライト中空粒子。【選択図】なし
