METAL FITTING, BUILDING SKELETON AND FITTING STRUCTURE FOR LIGHTWEIGHT CELLULAR CONCRETE PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies that help improve the workability when fitting a lightweight cellular concrete panel to a building skeleton and the ease of transport and handling at a site of the building skeleton.SOLUTION: By fixing a long nut 2 with a second bolt part 14 of a hook bolt 4 engaged by screwing on a steel beam 30 by welding and other methods, a first bolt part 12 of the hook bolt 4 may be erected perpendicularly relative to a plane part 30a only when fitting a lightweight cellular concrete panel 50 to the steel beam 30. As a result, the workability in the fitting work and the ease of transport and handling at the site of the steel beam 30 are improved. By fixing the long nut 2 on the steel beam 30 so that the axial direction of the screw hole of the long nut 2 is oriented in the longitudinal direction of the steel beam 30, the long nut 2 and the second bolt part 14 may be housed in an area of a joint part J of the lightweight cellular concrete panel 50. This eliminates the need to process the lightweight cellular concrete panel 50 in a special way.
【課題】軽量気泡コンクリートパネルを建物躯体へ取り付ける際の作業性、建物躯体の搬送性および現場での取り扱い性の向上に資する技術を提供すること。【解決手段】フックボルト4の第2ボルト部14がネジ係合された状態の長ナット2を、溶接等によって鉄骨梁30に取り付け固定することにより、軽量気泡コンクリートパネル50を鉄骨梁30へ取り付ける際にのみフックボルト4の第1ボルト部12を平面部30aに対して垂直に立ち上げることができ、取り付け作業性、鉄骨梁30の搬送性および現場での取り扱い性が向上する。なお、長ナット2のネジ孔の軸線方向が鉄骨梁30の長手方向に沿う方向となるように長ナット2を鉄骨梁30に取り付け固定することにより、軽量気泡コンクリートパネル50の目地部Jの領域内に長ナット2および第2ボルト部14を収納することができ、軽量気泡コンクリートパネル50に特別な加工を施す必要もなくなる。【選択図】図1
