PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a small animal such as a rat further hard to intrude by an attic, in a seal material used for an eaves back parting part being a tie-in part between an outer wall material and an eaves soffit material of a building.SOLUTION: A seal material opposed to an outer wall material surface and installed along a side end part in the side end part of an eaves soffit material 1 for constituting an eaves back parting part together with the outer wall material surface, is constituted of the bottom part 21a, a sidewall part 21b opposed by being integrally formed on both ends of the bottom part 21a and a hollow-shaped seal part having a curved connection part 21c for connecting both sidewall parts 21b in a tip part and composed of a rubber-like elastic body having flexibility and elastically contacting with an outer wall material surface formed in irregularity, and a projection quantity (b) to an outer wall material is formed larger than the depth (h) of a recessed part bottom of forming the maximum depth of the irregularity formed on the outer wall material surface, and a slit 23 is formed at a proper interval in the longitudinal direction along an eaves soffit material side end surface in a part elastically contacting with the outer wall material surface, and a part between the slits 23 is formed of an elastic piece 24.
【課題】建物の外壁材と軒天井材の取り合い部分である軒裏見切り部分に用いるシール材において、ねずみ等の小動物が屋根裏により一層侵入しにくくする。【解決手段】外壁材表面と対向して、該外壁材表面と共に軒裏見切り部分を構成する軒天井材1の側端部に該側端部に沿って取付けられシール材を、底部21aと、該底部21aの両端に一体形成されて対向する側壁部21bと、両側壁部21bを先端部において連結する湾曲する連結部21cを有して可撓性を有し、凹凸に形成される外壁材表面に弾接する、ゴム様弾性体よりなる中空状のシール部で構成し、外壁材への突出量bを外壁材表面に形成される凹凸の最大深さをなす凹部底の深さhより大に形成すると共に、外壁材表面に弾接する部分にはスリット23を軒天井材側端面に沿う長手方向に適当間隔で形成し、スリット23間を弾片24とする。【選択図】図7
