METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FIBER POLYMERIZATION SOLIDIFICATION AGENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification agent capable of toughly solidifying gravel or crushed stones essential for civil engineering and construction, or even concrete or block including an aggregate made of the gravel or the like.SOLUTION: The solidification agent is combined by making micro-size powdery fiber adsorb a polymer group of a viscosity of 12000cps-13000cps at 25C° of a thermosetting synthetic resin, mixing it with a fiber group of a specific gravity of about 0.4, and mixing it again with a 0.5-mm fiber group having the same thickness. Thus, radiation cesium, zeolite to which the cesium is adsorbed, or contaminated soil can be solidified.
【課題】土木、建築に不可欠な砂利又は砕石又は砂利等を骨材にしたコンクリート又はブロックに於いても強靭に固化できる固化剤を提供する。【解決手段】熱硬化性合成樹脂のC?25に於ける粘度の12000cps〜13000cpsの高分子群をミクロサイズ粉状の繊維に吸着させ、比重0.4程度の繊維群と混練させ、更に太さは同様ながら0.5mmの繊維群を再混練させたことにより複合化した固化剤である。放射線セシウム又はそのセシウムを吸着させたゼオライト又は汚染土壌を固化できる。【選択図】なし
