The sludge solidification agent specifically comprises the following components by mass percentage: 1%-30% of cement, 1%-30% of lime, 1%-30% of slag, 1%-20% of sodium metasilicate and the balance gypsum. The sludge solidification method comprises the following steps: 1, removing impurities from sludge; 2, preliminary dehydrating sludge; 3, adding the sludge solidification agent to be mixed with sludge; 4, performing compression molding; and 5, conducting watering and curing to obtain solidified sludge with expected strength. Compared with a traditional sludge solidification technology, the preparation costis reduced, secondary pollution is avoided, waste is treated with waste, and the green and environment-friendly principle is met.
