PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable tenants to use collective mailboxes without anxiety, in an apartment house comprising a common use entrance space having the collective mailboxes.SOLUTION: An apartment house 1 includes a partition device 22 that forms two passages 20 and 21 by partitioning a common use entrance space 12 connecting a common use doorway 10 and a common use corridor 11 together, and collective mailboxes 23 that are provided on the side of the one passage 20 of the two passages. At least the one passage 20 of the two passages is provided with standby devices 24 and 25 that enable a passer-by to stand by.
【課題】集合郵便受けのある共用エントランス空間を備えた集合住宅において、入居者が安心して集合郵便受けを使用できるようにする。【解決手段】集合住宅１は、共用出入り口１０と共用廊下１１とをつなぐ共用エントランス空間１２を仕切って二つの通路２０、２１を形成する仕切り装置２２と、二つの通路のうちの一方の通路２０側に設けられた集合郵便受け２３と、を備えている。二つの通路のうちの少なくとも一方の通路２０には、通行人が待機可能な待機装置２４、２５が設けられている。【選択図】図１
