PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house such that a house can be easily remodeled as a lifestyle changes.SOLUTION: An apartment house comprises at least one of an elevator 11 or a staircase 12, a core part 10 including a common corridor 13, and a plurality of house spaces 20 provided at a periphery of the core part 10. The core part 10 is polygonal in plan view, one house space 20 is arranged along one side of the core part 10, and while one end of a side contacting the core part 10 in the house space 20 is positioned projecting from a corner of the core part 10, the other side contacting the core part 10 in the house space 20 is positioned on the side of the core part 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
