FIRE-PROTECTION BUILDING MATERIAL FOR OPENING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material for an opening that does not cause a shutter slat to fall even when exposed to intense heat.SOLUTION: A building material for an opening includes a guide frame made of an extrusion molded aluminum material and a reinforcing material made of a steel plate. The guide frame has an outdoor side wall, an indoor side wall, a depth-direction wall, and a groove surrounded by the three walls. The reinforcing material comprises an in-groove material and an out-groove material. The in-groove material is disposed in the groove of the guide frame, and has outdoor side width-direction piece and depth-direction piece and an indoor side width-direction piece. The outdoor side width-direction piece is in contact with the outdoor side wall of the guide frame, the depth-direction piece is in contact with the depth-direction wall of the guide frame, and the indoor side width-direction piece is in contact with the indoor side wall of the guide frame. The out-groove material is disposed outside the groove of the guide frame, and is in contact with the indoor side wall of the guide frame. The indoor side wall of the guide frame is sandwiched between and tightened by the indoor side width-direction piece of the in-groove material and the out-groove material. An end of the shutter slat is housed between the outdoor side width-direction piece of the in-groove material and the indoor side wall of the guide frame.
【課題】 炎熱にさらされてもシャッタースラットが脱落しない開口部建材を提供する。【解決手段】 アルミの押出形材からなるガイド枠と、鋼板からなる補強材とを備え、ガイド枠は、屋外側壁と、屋内側壁と、見込壁と、三壁に囲まれた溝とを有しており、補強材は、溝内部材と溝外部材とから構成してあり、溝内部材は、ガイド枠の溝内に配置してあって、屋外側見付片と見込片と屋内側見付片を有しており、屋外側見付片がガイド枠の屋外側壁に当接し、見込片がガイド枠の見込壁に当接し、屋内側見付片がガイド枠の屋内側壁に当接しており、溝外部材は、ガイド枠の溝外に配置してあって、ガイド枠の屋内側壁に当接しており、溝内部材の屋内側見付片と溝外部材とでガイド枠の屋内側壁を挟んで共締めしてあり、溝内部材の屋外側見付片とガイド枠の屋内側壁との間に、シャッタースラットの端部を収めてある。【選択図】 図１
