MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR FAUCET FITTING, AND FAUCET FITTING MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a faucet fitting that reduces the manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a faucet fitting includes: an engaging step for cold water/hot water channel pipes, in which cold water/hot water channel pipes are engaged with a manifold 150, or cold water/hot water channel pipes 360, 370 are engaged with a channel connection member 180 and the manifold 150; a double injection step, in which the manifold 150 with which the cold water/hot water channel pipes 360, 370 or the cold water/hot water channel pipes 360, 370 and the channel connection member 180 are engaged is molded in a double injection mold by infusing a liquid-form acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin into a void part of the mold, so as to have the manifold 150 with which the cold water/hot water channel pipes 360, 370 are engaged surrounded by a shell 100; and an assembly step in which the shell 100 that houses the manifold 150 with which the cold water/hot water channel pipes 360, 370 are engaged is assembled with other components that constitute the faucet fitting.
