CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF UNIT BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a unit building capable of constructing the unit building at comparatively low cost, even when a building unit manufacturing factory does not exist near a construction site.SOLUTION: A construction method is constituted of: a process of transporting floor panel members 11, etc., ceiling panel members 12, etc., side surface panel members 13, etc., and wall panel members 14, etc. as a plurality of structural plane members to a second factory F2 from a first factory F1 by a trailer T1, a transport ship S1 and a trailer T2 as transport means; a process of manufacturing a plurality of building units 1, etc. by joining and assembling in a state of supporting these by a support device 2 in the second factory F2; a process of transporting the plurality of building units 1, etc. to a construction site from the second factory F2 by the transport means; and a process of constructing a unit building U by joining the plurality of building units 1, etc. in the construction site.
【課題】建物ユニットを製造する工場が建築現場の近くに無い場合でも、比較的低コストでユニット建物を構築することができるユニット建物の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】第１の工場Ｆ１から第２の工場Ｆ２へ複数の構面部材としての床パネル部材１１，・・・、天井パネル部材１２，・・・、側面パネル部材１３，・・・及び壁パネル部材１４，・・・を輸送手段としてのトレーラーＴ１、輸送船Ｓ１、トレーラーＴ２で輸送する工程と、第２の工場Ｆ２において、これらを支持装置２によって支持した状態で接合して組み立て、複数の建物ユニット１，・・・を製造する工程と、第２の工場Ｆ２から建築現場へ複数の建物ユニット１，・・・を輸送手段で輸送する工程と、建築現場において、複数の建物ユニット１，・・・を接合してユニット建物Ｕを構築する工程とからなる構成とされている。【選択図】図１
