UNIT BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
Provided is a unit building construction method that makes it possible to construct a unit building at a relatively low cost even when no factories for producing a building unit are located near a construction site. The unit building construction method comprises: a step in which floor panel members (11), ceiling panel members (12), side wall panel members (13), and wall panel members (14) are transported as a plurality of structural surface members from a first factory (F1) to a second factory (F2) using a trailer (T1), a transport boat (S1), and a trailer (T2) as transport means; a step in which the abovementioned members are joined and assembled while being supported by a support device (2) in the second factory (F2) in order to produce a plurality of building units (1); a step in which the plurality of building units (1) are transported by the transport means from the second factory (F2) to a construction site; and a step in which the plurality of building units (1) are joined in order to construct a unit building (U) at the construction site.
L'invention concerne un procédé de construction de bâtiment unitaire, qui permet de construire un bâtiment unitaire à un coût relativement bas, même lorsqu'il n'y a aucune usine de production d'unité de bâtiment située à proximité d'un site de construction. Le procédé de construction de bâtiment unitaire comprend : une étape dans laquelle des éléments de panneaux de plancher (11), des éléments de panneau de plafond (12), des éléments de panneau de paroi latérale (13) et des éléments de panneau de paroi (14) sont transportés sous la forme d'une pluralité d'éléments de surface structurels d'une première usine (F1) à une seconde usine (F2) à l'aide d'une remorque (T1), d'un bateau de transport (S1) et d'une remorque (T2) comme moyen de transport ; une étape dans laquelle les éléments mentionnés ci-dessus sont reliés et assemblés tout en étant soutenus par un dispositif de support (2) dans la seconde usine (F2) de façon à produire une pluralité d'unités de bâtiment (1) ; une étape dans laquelle la pluralité d'unités de bâtiment (1) sont transportées par le moyen de transport de la seconde usine (F2) à un site de construction ; et une étape dans laquelle la pluralité d'unités de bâtiment (1) sont reliées de façon à construire un bâtiment unitaire (U) sur le site de construction.
