VENT VALVE AND PIPING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent valve capable of dissolving a negative pressure in a piping material more rapidly and positively.SOLUTION: A vent valve of this invention comprises a vent valve main body having a connection port and a vent port; a valve shaft axially extending within the vent valve main body; a valve body moved from a closed position of the vent port to its released position along an axial direction of the valve shaft; the first magnet connected to the valve body; the second magnet movably supported along the valve shaft at a position spaced apart from the first magnet and biasing the valve body to the closed position in repelling against the first magnet at its initial position; and a returning means for returning the second magnet to the initial position. As the piping material shows a negative pressure, the first magnet is moved toward the second magnet as the valve body moves and at the same time the second magnet is moved from the first magnet in a spacing-apart direction along the valve shaft, thereby the valve body is arranged at the releasing position. As the negative pressure in the piping material is dissolved, the returning means returns the second magnet to the initial position, the valve body is biased to the closed position with repulsive force between the first magnet and the second magnet to close the vent valve.
【課題】配管材内の負圧をより迅速且つ確実に解消することができる通気弁を提供する。【解決手段】通気弁は、接続口及び通気口を有する通気弁本体と、通気弁本体の内部で軸方向に延びる弁軸と、通気口の閉塞位置から開放位置に弁軸の軸方向に沿って移動する弁体と、弁体に連結された第1磁石と、第1磁石と離隔した位置で弁軸に沿って移動可能に支持され、初期位置で第1磁石と反発して弁体を閉塞位置に付勢する第2磁石と、第2磁石を初期位置に復帰させる復帰手段と、を備える。配管材が負圧になると、弁体の移動に伴って第1磁石が第2磁石側に移動するとともに、第1磁石及び第2磁石間の斥力によって第2磁石が第1磁石から離隔する方向に弁軸に沿って移動することにより、弁体が開放位置に配置される。配管材の負圧が解消されると、復帰手段が第2磁石を初期位置に復帰させ、第1磁石及び第2磁石間の斥力で弁体を閉塞位置に付勢して通気弁を閉塞する。【選択図】図8
