VENT VALVE AND PIPING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vent valve capable of eliminating negative pressure in a piping material more speedily and securely.SOLUTION: A vent valve comprises: a vent valve body having a connection port and a vent port; a valve shaft which extends axially in the vent valve body; a valve body which moves from a closing position to an opening position of the vent port along the axis of the valve shaft; a first magnet coupled to the valve body; a second magnet supported movably along the valve shaft at a position isolated from the first magnet, and energizing the valve body at an initial position to the closing position repulsively against first magnet; returning means for returning the second magnet to the initial position; and a cover body fitted to the vent valve body. The cover body comprises: a shade member in a shade shape which covers the vent port; and a vent member which is fitted at one end of the vent valve body and has the shade member fixed so that the vent member is made open sideways and opened on a vent port side of the shade member. The shade member is provided with a raised part which is raised toward the vent port substantially in the center of the shade member so as to guide air flowing in sideways between the shade member and vent member to the vent port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】配管材内の負圧をより迅速且つ確実に解消することができる通気弁を提供する。【解決手段】通気弁は、接続口及び通気口を有する通気弁本体と、通気弁本体の内部で軸方向に延びる弁軸と、通気口の閉塞位置から開放位置に弁軸の軸方向に沿って移動する弁体と、弁体に連結された第1磁石と、第1磁石と離隔した位置で弁軸に沿って移動可能に支持され、初期位置で第1磁石と反発して弁体を閉塞位置に付勢する第2磁石と、第2磁石を初期位置に復帰させる復帰手段と、通気弁本体に取り付けられたカバー体と、を備える。カバー体は、通気口を覆う笠形状を有する笠部材、及び、通気弁本体の一端に取り付けられ、側方に開放されるとともに笠部材の通気口側で開口するように笠部材を固定する通気部材を備える。笠部材には、笠部材と通気部材との間に側方から流入した空気を通気口にガイドするように、笠部材の略中央で通気口側に隆起した隆起部が設けられている。【選択図】図8
