PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet metal accessory for a single-flow roof capable of being worked without using an adjusting head board while handling different inclination of the roof top.SOLUTION: The sheet metal accessory for roof includes: a top surface plate member 11 which is disposed on a roof surface of a building structure; a vertical plate member 12 which is disposed on a wall surface of a building structure; a gable bed fixing plate member 13 which is disposed parallel to the vertical plate member 12 and fixed to a gable bed 6; and a linkage plate member 14 that links the vertical plate member 12 and the gable bed fixing plate member 13 therebetween. A barge board 7 covering part A is formed in a lower part of the linkage plate member 14 between the between vertical plate member 12 and the gable bed fixing plate member 13. The upper part of the barge board 7 is disposed in the barge board 7 covering part A.

【課題】片流れ屋根に対応した屋根用板金役物にあっては、屋根頂部の異なる勾配に対応でき、調整笠木を用いることなく施工ができる屋根用板金役物を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の屋根用板金役物は、建造物の屋根面に配置される天面板材１１と、建造物の壁面に配置される垂下板材１２と、垂下板材１２と平行に配置されて破風下地６に固定される破風下地固定板材１３と、垂下板材１２と破風下地固定板材１３とを連接する連接板材１４とを備え、連接板材１４の下方で、垂下板材１２と破風下地固定板材１３との間に破風板のみこみ部Ａを形成し、破風板７のみこみ部Ａに破風板７の上端部を配置することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
