To provide a water cut-off structure at a roof top part excellent in water-tightness and workability without affecting a change in a gap between a metallic roof material and an upper surface of a base material, and a method for constructing a sheet metal accessory for a roof.SOLUTION: A water cut-off structure at a roof top is provided with a throating material 70 covering at least a part of the water cut-off material 60; the throating member 70 is formed of a throating mounting plate material 71 abutting on an upper surface 50U of a substrate material and a throating lower plate material 72 falling from the end of the throating mounting plate material 71; the water cut-off material 60 is pressed against a substrate eaves edge surface 50F by the throating lower plate material 72, and the water cut-off mounting plate material 71 is fixed to a substrate material 50 by a fixing tool 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属製屋根材と下地材上面との隙間の変化に影響することなく、水密性及び施工性に優れた屋根頂部際止水構造及び屋根用板金役物の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の屋根頂部際止水構造は、止水材60の少なくとも一部を覆う水切材70を設け、水切材70が、下地材上面50Uに当接される水切取付板材71と、水切取付板材71の端部から立ち下げた水切立下板材72とで形成され、止水材60を水切立下板材72で下地材軒先面50Fに押しつけて、水切取付板材71を固定具35で下地材50に固定することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
