EARTH-RETAINING MEMBER AND ROAD SURFACE LINING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exhibit the earth-retaining effect on the end part side in the extension direction of an L-shaped member, when using an earth-retaining member having the L-shaped member.SOLUTION: An earth-retaining member, which is used for road surface lining work, comprises: an L-shaped steel material 10 having a horizontal wall 12 and a vertical wall 13 extended vertically or substantially vertically from one end of the horizontal wall 12; and an end part plate 20 for forming an end part of the earth-retaining member. The end part plate 20 comprises: a base part 21 placed in an end part in the extending direction of the horizontal wall 12 in the direction orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the horizontal wall 12 in the horizontal direction; and a standing wall 22 extended vertically or substantially vertically to a bottom surface of the base part 21. A back face positioned on the opposite side of the base part 21 of the standing wall 22 is a flat surface, and is opposed to a sidewall of an excavation groove C.
【課題】L字型部材を有する山留部材を用いる際に、L字型部材の延出方向端部側で山留効果を十分に発揮する。【解決手段】路面覆工作業に用いられる山留部材が、横壁12と横壁12の一端から垂直又は略垂直に延出した縦壁13とを有するL字型鋼材10と、山留部材の端部を形成する端部プレート20と、を備える。端部プレート20は、水平方向において横壁12と直交又は略直交する向きにて横壁12の延出方向端部に載置される台部21と、台部21の底面に対して垂直又は略垂直に延出した立壁22と、を有する。また、立壁22の、台部21とは反対側に位置する背面は、平坦面であり、掘削溝Cの側壁と対向する。【選択図】図4
