PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe cutting device which eliminates the need for a hanging means, is inexpensive, capable of cutting a small-diameter steel pipe, and which can easily bring a steel pipe cutting means into contact with the inside of a steel pipe even when the position at which the steel pipe is cut is away from the pipe end.SOLUTION: A steel pipe cutting device 1 comprises an annular member 10 attached to an upper end 101 of a steel pipe 100, a rotary member 20 attached to the annular member 10 so as to rotate on the annular member 10, a shaft member 30 fitted to the rotary member 20 in a state of being at least partially inserted into the steel pipe 100, and steel pipe cutting means 40 fitted to an end 31D of a portion 31 of the shaft member 30 that is to be inserted into the steel pipe. The portion 31 of the shaft member 30 to be inserted into the steel pipe is bent through at least one shaft part 32A and is configured to maintain the bent state.
